This has to be the cleanest B&B Ive ever stayed in at Blackpool. Spotless. Standard room but nothing to complain about really. It had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful regarding parking.
Dislikes:
My one complaint was an open window I couldnt reach which Im sure someone would have closed had I asked. It was a bit noisy with people walking home in the early hours but nothing major at all.

Welcome to the Southview Hotel, centrally situated close to the Winter Gardens, Tower, Theatres, Clubs, Car Parks and Shops with easy access from the railway and central bus stations. The famous Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle are a short tram ride away with Blackpool Zoo and Stanley Park just 10 minutes on the bus. Blackpool is the ideal centre for holidays in the North West. Stay at the Southview Hotel and yet be just one hour away from the Lake District, as well as Manchester and Liverpool city centres.
Blackpool is renowned for its high class entertainment. Why not spend a night in one of Blackpool's theatres, being entertained by famous celebrities, or try to win it big in the casino or the amusement arcade? Blackpool also has a high reputation in the North West for its clubbing scene with a number of high quality night clubs and wine bars. Combine this with a number of traditional pubs in the area, most offering free entertainment and you are all set for a great night out whatever your taste.
The hotel has single, double, twin and family rooms on 3 floors. All have en suite showers and toilets, hospitality trays, toiletries, colour televisions and central heating. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available on request. There is limited reserved parking.
