we had a family room that was on the back of the house the rooms was little small but there is everything you need.thay made us feel welcome from the time we arrived we have got a little boy who is autistic and thay made sure our room was done for when we got there at 12 not many people do that.my little boy felt at home which was what we was looking for.so we can relax and not worry about noice my little boy makes it was a few min walk to sea front. beds comfy and room clean enough,tea making facilities available but no water in room except en suite tap water.We notified the owner upon arrival that three of us were vegetarian,and received an egg,1 hash brown and beans for breakfast.I think it would have been a nice touch if they had offered maybe tomatoes,mushrooms or some other alternatives,as this has been done on many occasions when we have stayed in other hotels. It was quite and away from the noise of the resort centre
Dislikes:
the breakfast situation,and the fact there is no choice ie: kippers,haddock,eggs done different ways.We are truly not picky people but these things have been the norm in other places we have stayed
