family rooms on upper floors, not handy if you have a pram, lift available but you still have stairs to get to your rooms, also our room directly above bar so was awake until 1.30 until karioke ended.

The Edwardian's elevated Sun Lounge has uninterrupted views over the beach and the Irish Sea, and the adjoining Bar Lounge is well stocked with a full range of beers, wines and spirits.
The Edwardian is open all year round and we have central heating in all rooms. Our lift goes from the ground floor to all bedroom floors, but please note that there are 7 steps down to the lower ground floor where the dining room is situated and six steps up from the Promenade to the Hotel's Reception.
Our Cabaret Party weekends are an ideal way to beat the winter blues with Gala Candlelit Dinners and a wonderful relaxing party atmosphere. This is where we stage evening entertainment for the whole family - first class Cabaret Artistes, karaoke, dancing, quizzes and bingo. Dance the night away with us and then pop to your rooms for a good night's sleep, before awakening to one of our hearty Breakfasts!
We have 12 Seaview bedrooms (small extra charge) - all with balconies and with breathtaking views from the Pleasure Beach to the North Pier and beyond. nd all bedrooms are ensuite with colour TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities.
